We advise you to read them before accepting them for any reservation.
In the general conditions of sale below the following definitions are used:
"Jp's Boat" means the commercial name of the company SARL JP'S BOAT and the cruise service provided by the company.
This concerns the rental of your private barge on the Seine.
"Client" means the client, natural or legal person who contracts with Jp's Boat.
“Service”, “Cruise” and “Service” means all the services provided by Jp's Boat, in particular the cruise on the Seine. The additional snack services served on board the boat are also concerned. Jp's Boat organizes a private cruise on the Seine in Paris on a small boat for a marriage proposal, a breakfast, a cocktail, an aperitif.
Purpose of the services
Jp's Boat Seine Services consist of the organization of cruises on the Seine and its tributaries departing from Ile de France or Paris. Depending on the options chosen by the Customer, a snack service may be served on board. The occasions can be a breakfast, an aperitif or a tea party. The boat is small, always private, ideal for a trip on the Seine in Paris. This concerns the rental of your private barge on the Seine.
By booking a Cruise, the Customer unreservedly accepts these General Conditions of Sale. Jp's Boat declares to fulfill all the mandatory legal obligations for the transport of people on the Seine. Jp's Boat declares that it has taken out specialized civil liability insurance for the transport of people.
Reservation of your cruise and payment of the deposit
Booking your cruise is made either directly on our website, or by telephone on 06 62 20 86 03 , or by mail jpsboat.pro@gmail.com.
Jp's Boat will confirm to the Customer the availability of the crew, the desired time slot, any options chosen by the Customer and the price of the Service, as soon as possible. The cruise is always private on a 5.5m Cap Camarat.
The reservation of your Cruise will be effective from the receipt by Jp's Boat of the payment of the deposit. This payment will be made either by credit card via the website.
In the absence of payment of the deposit, Jp's Boat cannot guarantee the Customer the availability of the Service. Upon receipt of the deposit, Jp's Boat sends a booking confirmation email which will specify the meeting place for embarkation and disembarkation, the number of people on board, the contact details of the skipper whom you can contact for further information. any additional information.
Payment of the balance of services and invoicing
Boarding will only take place if the entire service is paid for by the Customer. It is recommended to pay for the Cruise prior to the embarkation date. Failing this, payment will be made at the time of boarding only by credit card.
The price of the Cruise includes the privatization of the private boat on the Seine in Paris for your cruise, a skipper with the required qualifications, the necessary fuel, and the services defined in the chosen service.

The price of the service does not include
Transport to get to the place of embarkation or to leave from this place,
Any parking fees,
All services not specified in the Service confirmation email.
Cancellation or postponement of the service by the Customer
Cancellation of the Cruise must be received by email at least 72 hours before boarding. In this case, Jp's Boat will refund the full deposit to the Customer.
Beyond 72 hours before boarding, the deposit of 50% of the price of the services is not refunded.
The cruise postponement request must be received by email up to 24 hours before boarding and must specify the new date and time desired by the Customer. Beyond that, the postponement is considered as a cancellation and the deposit is not refunded to the Customer.
The postponement of the Cruise can only be done once. Subject to the availability of the boat and the skipper, the Jp's Boat team confirms by email the new date and time of embarkation for the Cruise.
In case of unavailability, the Customer's request for postponement is considered as a cancellation and no refund of the deposit will be possible.
Cancel or postpone the service by Jp's Boat
Jp's Boat is subject to the rules of navigation on the Seine imposed by the authorities who can prohibit the circulation of boats at any time.
Jp's Boat reserves the right to decide at any time whether or not it is possible to sail on the Seine, in particular for reasons of safety, damage to the boat, in the event of non-payment or in the event of bad weather endangering passenger safety.
In this case, Jp's Boat offers the Customer a later date to complete his Cruise. In the absence of agreement with the Client, Jp's Boat reimburses the Client for the sums collected without any other compensation.
Interruptions during cruise
Interruption during the cruise by the Customer's will will entitle the Customer to any reimbursement or compensation.
Responsibility
The Client is responsible for any loss or breakage he causes during the Cruise. It is his responsibility to replace or reimburse the lost or broken object belonging to Jp's Boat.
The Customer declares to be in good health to participate in the Cruise.
Jp's Boat declines all responsibility in the event of loss of an object belonging to the Customer and fallen into the water.
The Customer undertakes to scrupulously respect the orders and all the safety instructions requested by the skipper. This concerns the rental of your private barge on the Seine.
Complaint
Any complaint must be made by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 15 days after the date of the Cruise to the following address: Jp's Boat 18 rue des Acacias Épinay-sur-Seine 93800
Rules to follow for boarding
The Customer must arrive at the boarding place at least 15 minutes before departure
Any delay by the Customer is deducted from the time of the cruise.
Minors on board are the responsibility of the adults accompanying them,
Sorry for our favorite companions but Seine Privée does not accept any animals on board the boat,
The maximum capacity on board the boat is 12 people in addition to the crew.
Skills
For any dispute, the parties agree to submit their dispute to the Commercial Court of Paris.
